We were married for 34years and had three daughters Vanessa now 32 yrs
Rachel 29 yrs and Lindsey  24 yrs Maurice was very proud of them and
called them the three degrees because of their achievements at
university. We also have one grandaughter Hannah and one grandson Jack
He was a very good husband and only lived to give us the best in life
that he could. He loved us very much and we loved him. We went
caravanning regularly and had started having dancing lessons, which he
told everyone how good he was but did not mention how many times he
trod on my feet. He worked as an electrican and worked for 10 months
with this terrible disease  before he was diagnosed in the April of
2006. Due to the location of the tumor / which was in the soft tissue
between the chest and lung/ there was no chance of surgery and after a
course  of radiotherapy he lost his fight in July 2006 on Vanessa's
birthday. Hopefully in the future Maurice's biopsy samples will be sent
from the UK to the  US  and maybe help with the fight to 'Slay the
Dragon '
